My Health makes it possible to have video calls with healthcare. It is your healthcare provider who is responsible for the care and for deciding when it is appropriate to offer times for video calls. Cambio, which develops My Health, does not provide care but only offers the service for video calls through a third-party video provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that no one else can log in with your BankID / Freja eID and for only using the application for medical consultation.
Cambio is not responsible for the operation of My Health, it is your healthcare provider. Errors and interruptions in the app must be reported to the care provider. See under Profile -> Support in the application.
